16 oz Can of Cream of CoConut
16 oz Half + Half
1 Can of 7Up
Use any ice cream maker. Combine cream of Coconut and Half+Half. Let mix for 2-3 minutes start adding 7 Up gradually.
Top off with coconut flakes + coconut cookie
