Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients

 

Seafood

  • 1 lb Shrimp, raw

Produce

  • 1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh

  • 1 Jalapeno, or pepper of choice

  • 7 Limes, large

  • 1 Red Onion, medium

  • 1 Cucumber chopped, large

  • 2 Avocados, large

Baking & Spices

  • 1 Salt and pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic salt, Lawry's

Other

  • Chips (for serving)

Chop Shrimp, Cucumber, Pepper, & Onion. Add to bowl. Mix in Salt + Pepper. Add juiced limes and stir. Mix and Cover. Best to let sit at least 2 hours. 

 

When ready to serve, add Lawry's, Cilantro, and Avocado.

 

Serve.
